Status: I think they're all dead. Nobody's answered or returned calls in... 6 months now.

Status: Apparently, they don't have _any_, and didn't think that was important to tell me when I signed up to be a patient _for endocrinology_. Person said they'd call back in an hour 4 hours ago.

Getting spouse on disability
Status: Phone goes to voicemail, online chat goes to offshore, uninvolved call center.
Diabetes supply company
Called to see why they are trying to bill Medicaid (don't have it) instead of Medicare.
Status: They don't know, and will call me back last week, but didn't.
Humana Health
Find out why they won't cover insulin
Status: Endless phone menus, no human being picks up from hold.
