Maybe this has been going on for a while and I didn't notice, but it seems to me that TFG now sounds bored to be listening to himself talk. He expresses no interest in anything he's saying.
And if he's bored with himself, why should anybody else be interested in him?

@DavidSalo it's just a general low energy state he's in. He knows he's losing ground to Harris and is demoralized.
That's my theory anyway...
