It's going up above 100 today and this morning I discovered that the ice maker in my refrigerator is dead.
Fortunately, a repairman is scheduled for later this afternoon.
Unfortunately, his walk-in-the-door fee is $99 and goes up from there.

Actually, I just chickened out and am taking advantage of InstaCart Lite. (Several stores offer "small order" options for just a few items.)
Ice is on the way and I don't have to explain to my pulmonologist why I went out in this heat and crappy air!
