That said, I *have* seen a few (not a ton, but also not none either) self-proclaimed "anti-racists" spew *explicit, violent/genocidal racist hatred*, then claim something along the lines of "it's not racist because racism only applies to historically oppressed groups" which is complete and utter bullshit.

So there is a need to be vigilant, because it is entirely possible for a group that *starts out* opposing evil shit to get corrupted and turn into a hate group.
