Repeated contradiction on discharge/admittance

Non-neurologist questioned neurologist's diagnosis.

Neurologist wondered why previous doctors didn't diagnose

Failed to send prescription to the pharmacy

Did get expensive meds prescription to the pharmacy but never told us about them. (Refused)

Discharge paperwork incorrectly says "Stroke".
