Georgia Court of Appeals pauses trial court proceedings in election Fulton County interference case against Trump, others
The Court of appeals isn’t expected to rule on Trump’s appeal until spring of 2025. The issue could then be further appealed to the GA Supreme Court.
So #GeorgiaRICO will be delayed until 2025, maybe even 2026 now
