I can't hear the movie I'm working on with headphones because the asshole upstairs is playing music so loud at the other end of the apartment. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to go up there and ask him to turn it down every single time.
And after three minutes of knocking louder and louder (during which I hurt my hand) he finally answered the door holding a *maybe* 1yo. There is no way that volume is safe for a baby, wtf
