2 visits from the contractor later, this is looking more plausible.
I fear I've been getting too rosy a picture of how much power I'm generating...
they labeled the blue line
net grid usage export
i would assume from that
positive numbers
are you exporting to the grid
negative numbers
are you using electricity
from the grid
importing instead of exporting
I'm pretty sure 'grid usage' refers to what I'm drawing out of the grid--that's what I'm going to be billed for by the power co. If that's a negative number, it means I'm exporting power to the grid--that's what makes my power meter "run backwards".
If that's right, I don't think those negative blue bars should ever be longer than the corresponding positive orange bars.
But I have inquired w/my solar contractor & hopefully they'll explain or fix.
ooh--also very unlikely to be generating anything at 1am.
