FWIW, I do recall concerns that some very large percentage of 5G equipment was being manufactured in China, the implication being that factories could insinuate backdoor-ish tech to allow easy tapping. Which seems not-crazy to me...
5G -> climate change does seem crazy to me.
@rpardee Well, if the Chinese are spying on us, they're going to get bored pretty fast. My neighborhood is pretty quiet except for the pissed off hummingbirds.
@rpardee One of my neighbors tells me that the new Verizon 5-G cell tower is causing climate change and grabbing all our secrets which go directly to the Chinese. Sigh. What's worse is, the male gila woodpecker is trying to knock a hole in that tower. He'll figure it out and move over to my mesquite tree eventually. The female gila is sucking sugar nectar out of the hummer feeder. The hummer is very pissed off about this travesty.
