Can I get an informal ruling on this please? If I, a straight dude, were to wear this t-shirt, would that be
a) totally cool
b) cultural appropriation
c) something else

So long as you're fine being mistaken for a gay man, I see no reason not to wear it in solidarity, as an ally.
It may even give you some insight into what Gay men experience daily.

Excellent question. To "some" the shirt is redundant because to them being gay IS a crime. I am not gay or a criminal so I don't have a vote.
