There's no central authority for reporting the domain in the URL is there?
@rpardee If you have an account with that credit union (or even if you don’t) you can notify them and let their anti-fraud department go after them.

Looks like the FTC works with The Anti-Phishing Working Group (https://apwg.org/). I reported it over there.
