Somebody on CoSo talked about having to expend energy to hate. You have to work at it. And it means that you are choosing to spend some of your life not doing things you enjoy because you are sending negative energy their way.
Trump is one of the people that I actively hate. Absolutely detest. He makes this world a worse place for everybody else.
