Ordered the complete foam set for Horizon Zero Dawn boardgame from Feldherr and someone along the way really messed the package up causing tons of water damaage and ruining all the cardboard in the package. The foam and the nylon bags were fine.
Feldherr is sending a complete set of new boxes to replace the damaged ones. Great support from them. It's why I buy from them.
It's important to point out great support when you can.
