So this is kinda cool. A woman in NC spotted a guy in Target who was acting kinda suspiciously, she started filming him. He walked up behind some girl with a skirt who was crouched down looking at something and he sneakily went behind her and slid his phone on the floor. The woman who was filming immediately said "What are you doing?" and next thing you know, the guy is being arrested for felony peeping, which he's done before.

Nice when people look out for each other. 🙂
