COVID-19 is out of control. If Trump wants a 2nd term he’s got to take one of the boldest steps any president has taken - shut the country down (NY,CT,NJ style) for 4-6 weeks. Put the economic backstops in place. By Labor Day the country would be on the backside of the curve.
