Fekking Rural states shouldn't get any more money from Blue ones...
Have them get their funding from the GOP...
No longer should our tax dollars goto those that only want to change things so that THEY are the only ones to profit.
Nope, All taxes that would be paid to the Federal government should instead goto State coffers and then EVER State puts in an equal amount to ALL Federal necessary services. Military, EPA, OSHA, CDC, etc.
