I remember several years ago a guy killed his wife and two daughters. it was all over the news. and in these news they showed the wife's ig full of "perfect family" posts and pictures. in reality, the husband was cheating and was mentally unstable. don't remember if he also committed suicide or not. but these news were the last straw for me to quit almost all social media back then (I kept Linkedin, not really using it tho)
