“Reuters: Macron says West should consider security guarantees for Russia.
French President Emmanuel Macron said, if Russian President Vladimir Putin agrees to negotiations ending the war, the West should consider giving Russia guarantees in the future security architecture.”
Why? Would Macron have given Hitler “security guarantees?” No guarantees for Putin, except prosecution for war crimes.
