So I was badly injured on my part time job...had major shoulder surgery in july...the anesisaologist damaged my vocal cords and throat, surgery not right having MRI arthrogram, AGAIN Tuesday. Even though I have an attorney..they dick me around. I get a small check every 2 weeks...supposed to be here on Tuesday, not coming again today. But I sure hope they had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I'm also on social security. They, companies, expect loyalty but that only works one way.

Healthcare in America is so bad.
I saw someone post earlier that America has gun care and health control, and it's so true.
@SassySherry7 I have read a few horror stories now and it amazes me in a terrible way to know that people go through these struggles. I was, honestly, blind to these struggles for many years. I'm so sorry, I hope things get better. ❤️

Lately, there are days I think about never going back home to America.
If it wasn't for trying to save my family from MAGA and Q, I don't know if I would go back.
@SassySherry7 I love my country and I want to see it at least try to do what many other countries are doing in regards to healthcare and social services.
But, it's hard to see that future. I love America, but I'm scared to death to grow old there.

@quinnsentialOne oh you live abroad? I've learned, by my own sad experience, you cannot help MAGA...they are indoctrinated and until THEY realize, I'm afraid helping is futile. I've cut ties...toxic is toxic, even if blood💔
@SassySherry7 I spend a few months every year traveling, doing work exchanges, and backpacking or hitch hiking across different countries.
I was Republican. And MAGA, for a little while. Flags, riding the big trucks, attending rallies. I was in kind of deep for a time.
But really good, dedicated, and mighty stubborn friends helped me, softly, see things clearly. They helped me reach a point where I realized, myself, where I was. It took time, but I got out.
Now I want to save my family.

@quinnsentialOne so true. I worked all my life for social security. Yet, I can't buy groceries as rent/insurance in Florida is out of control. Richest country in the world, well the top 4%. It's disgusting...and I am a lot better off then some.. it's incredibly sad
