Amazing how many networking problems are solved by unplugging a router and plugging it back in. I hate doing that for any device, but hey, it works.

@quietphysicist The first time I used the printer it was fine, next time it said it was offline. I spent almost a whole day fighting with it, I tried everything. In desperation I pulled the plug and that worked. Now every time I go to use it I have to do it again, it's annoying - but sometimes the old ways are best lol.

@nonayadambidnes I've had a similar experience with mine (and also with wireless cameras). I'm starting to think I should just power cycle my router regularly once a month

If you call Customer Service it’s the first thing they tell you to do.

@LnzyHou It's also the thing I'm most nervous about doing: I always have the nagging thought in the back of my head: "what if it doesn't come back on!" πŸ˜„

@tifroggie on my prime account it looks like I have to subscribe to BritBox to watch it, but the first episode is free without subscription, so at least I can watch that.
