Tonight, @junation and I are attending Raqs Obscura, a dark fusion #bellydance show where the performers will present their interpretations of tarot card figures. This is the second Raqs Obscura event and I am glad to say it is the second time we are attending.

I got one of those #Aldi turkey breast tenderloin packets and then I realized we had some apples that had not gone bad but had gone soft, and I threw all of that in the oven. Also made up a batch of cornbread mix and we have salads. So now I will go to dance rehearsal and then eat.

My accomplishment for the day: I have completely horrified #Neville . I mean just look at this horrified little face! Wanna know what I did? I got a picture for that too. Because I am living in a shit storm and wanted to focus away from it.
This post is for @Render . In our area animal rescue circles, someone took in a foster-to-adopt pup who turned out to be pregnant. The puppies are here and the rescue has named them. I shit you not one of them is called Ren.

It is our #petiversary with #Malcolm - he came to live with us eight years ago today! There was PetCo and selfies and cookies, and joy and laughter. He is about nine years old now - we have no exact birthday.

There are two FB pages in town that are fighting the good fight in culture wars. One is for the Forbidden Book Club whose meeting I will attend right before the debate, and one is about a Chrisianist corporation fucking w the public school district. The latter had a RW douche quote an op ed from WSJ w references to Plato and Aristotle. Engaged feminist attack dog protocol and responded. While cooking. And looking like this - friendly neighborhood rabid feminist uniform, no?
