Trump's statement that they want the citizenship question for use in redistricting is awkward given that the Solicitor General told the Supreme Court the exact opposite a few weeks ago -- the SG specifically said that was not their motive.

And on top of this, of course, with know from the Hofeller memo that the goal of using citizenship in redistricting is to help "Republicans and non-Hispanic Whites." So Trump is now adopting that motivation, full stop.

IF this thing does go off and you see it on TV, know this

NONE of the people you see will be avergae Americans, they will all be political flunkies, military officials ordered to attend or campaign donors and those who have paid the mandadted bribe to Trump Hotel

Unless and until Democrats expand SCOTUS to nullify the stolen Garland seat and the appalling confirmation of rapist and partisan hack Kavanaugh, SCOTUS will have no legitimacy and will be nothing more than an arm of the Republican party.

Today's gerrymandering decision makes clear that the SCOTUS right wing majority is not concerned with law or precedent, and is only concerned with expanding and entrenching Republican power in government. It's sickening.

Republicans have no problem spending trillions of dollars on tax breaks for billionaires.

They have no problem spending trillions on endless war in the Middle East.

But when it comes to Free college or ending Student Debt, we "can't afford it."
