I hate Trump as much as anybody, but let me tell you.

In the long term, he will truly Make America Great Again™.

Because through his rise, he is casting a spotlight on everything that is wrong with us. He is causing people who refused to pay any attention to rise up. He is making us give a shit in ways we simply didn't before, and he is robbing us of our complacency—to the good.

We will be a better people, because we experienced and removed his kind from the body politic.
It's inevitable.
