I made a mistake yesterday getting into world politics. Especially when there's a sharp divide between people. I don't have anywhere close to a perfect perception of what's going on, and I have my biases.

I'd run out of my allergy meds and didn't take one until now. Let's see if I start feeling better.

I only had "mentions" selected and thought the world had me on mute.

Now I remember. I have a very mild essential tremor. It's actually more when I try to do something, not all the time. I've noticed it being worse when I'm just waking up. Does anyone know why? I have a guess. A person or two on here mentioned their tremor, but I don't know who. It's been a while.

Just finished an hour with my shrink and I don't feel any worse. 👍

Yes. There are 120,581 people in my *known* family tree. I doubt I'll be able to figure out how I relate to everyone. 🙃
