This is what worked.

Two weeks ago, a friend's weimaraner was bit by a copperhead. Was really swollen and miserable for a while, but this is all that's left now.

The ear was 4x its normal size at first.

I found one of the old wooden handled forks that were from the old house before the 1940 fire. It's from the 1800s as far as I was told. My great uncle Amos used this set of silverware. The metal was dark. I polished it with a Scotcbrite pad so I can use it.
