Last night there was a reddish tinge to the sky. It wasn't very clear, so I wasn't sure what to make of it, but my brother took pictures and it was an aurora from a solar storm. I've always wanted to see one.

The peonies are in bloom. My great uncle (born 1895) called them Adam & Eve. Said that's what he'd always heard them called. Have never heard that anywhere else.

I don't know if the farmer was texting while planting or what. Zoom in to see zig zag rows crossing over others.
