That's a fantastic exercise for your waistline (the dog's form is better than the guy's.)πŸ˜† You have to do at least 30 in the beginning but do as many as you can everyday like 100 or more throughout the day. It won't give you a six pack but it's a quick easy way to help you maintain your waistline from ballooning out of control. I don't let anyone see me do it but you can. πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‚
