@rpardee I blocked it after the person (or bot) tried for a third time. It might be someone who doesn't know how to setup a Signal profile, but I doubt it.

@rpardee The caller turned out to be my friend in Palo Alto who was calling me from a different phone. We sorted things out via Teams.
