This French executive car was very innovative because of the fact it has been the first car with hydropneumatic suspensions and also the first car with a electronic fuel injection engine, the DS 21 I.E. that has been followed by the DS 23 I.E.

@elleci42a @NiveusLepus The car was also innovative for using the hydropneumatic suspension to jack up the car so you could place a stand under the car near the axle of a tire that needed changing. When you lifted the suspension, the wheel of interest lifted up of the ground. Add to that the single wheel nut and you have a car that made changing tires very easy.
