Uh, Microsoft? I have a question. For years now, every time you change the TOS, you say you’re making it “clearer.” What’s so hard about clear communications?

Contract lawyers brag about how complex and confusing they can make their TOS or other legal agreements. It’s like they get paid by the word

So they can continue making the terms of the so-called "Agreement" increasingly worse for the users and better for Microsoft as a company... because enshittification isn't just a phenomenon anymore, it's the whole philosophy of modern business.
