I'm finally on the recovery from a nasty flu bug that laid me out for five days. Even when I had Covid, it wasn't that bad.

I've *never* had a fever so bad I had visual and auditory hallucinations.

@paxsequoia I had a flu that bad once, in the 1980’s. Horrible.

@dawnyriver I've had higher fevers, including a 105º, but I've never hallucinated from it. That was a *wild* experience.
