Mucho eye rolls because anyone who thinks there will be any life above microbial left after WWlll is living (for now) in la la land. There is no such thing as a limited nuclear war. Once the first nuke is launched it is all out. No life will survive.

@p3R1n01D The movies are Beautiful to look at, rich and moody. And the script and actors bring the spirit of the story but are much more drama filled than the books. Frodo in the movie is so woeful and on his last legs whereas in the books, the ring is a burden but he’s doing fairly well.

The books are more supportive of each character’s goodness. Like it was Tree Beard’s idea to go to war. Merry and Pippen are much more smart and responsible, Aragorn claims his right to kingship right away 🤓
