It's a Long Way to the Top
~ AC/DC
I β€οΈ This one! Anything with bagpipes is good.
Fun fact: they tuned down a half step on this one so Mal could play his part as a B chord and drop the 1 to an A, and they don't do that anymore, which is why they find it hard to play it.
@DyDave
Wow, that would complicate things! Also explains the unique sound of the song. Thanks for the fun fact!
If you like bagpipes, check out this one! I discovered it a couple years ago, and the group has other songs out. I won't be surprised if you've already heard it. π If you haven't, you're in for a treat!

That's cool! I Iove the dudes dancing!
As for bagpipes, I believe I'm genetically coded to love them in any application.
Here are mine, featuring the Clan Campbell/Muir tartan
I suck at playing them FTR.
@DyDave
Yeah, I love the expression on those dudes' faces, pure joy!
I think I've got a lot of genetic bagpipe in me. π
Wow, those are gorgeous pipes! π Beautiful grain in the wood. There's something special about pipes with your family tartan, regardless of how you play them!
The tech behind it sure grabs me, too! I played bass and a little guitar back in the '80s, got into a couple of bands. The tech available today would have blown our minds!
My people who came to Canada are mostly County Donegal Irish - and Protestant, which is why they were keen to get to the New World - but earlier from Scotland.
I watched a documentary about Irish dance last night and it seemed so natural.
I also love a big pipe band playing Scotland the Brave.
Pipes, fiddles, tin whistles, Bosnians, etc.: all of it hits me.
This, for example, makes me want to fight fascists wherever they may be found.

@DyDave
LOL. I read right through other peoples' typos, but can't stand my own. π
