I just heard the most horrific screaming out on the street and then it just suddenly stopped. It's kinda freaking me out ,there was that bloop sound cop cars make then a guy sounding kinda panicked , then a female screaming and then nothing .0_o I hope everyone's okay out there , there's a good 4 inches of snow just on top of the fence outside my window!

That's the best advice I can think of. 👍 If you hear gunshots, the floor is your best bet, away from exterior walls.

The corner I live near has a circleK and can get crazy late at night, I'm a block from it streetwise but as the building runs north to south our parking basically backs up to the lot behind it, there is a 10-foot cement wall and then a small fenced auto shop so there's physical barriers but the sound can be like you are right there! There is a fire station on the opposite corner so I feel pretty safe!
