Those Pennsylvania Provisional Ballots are still being counted. Pennsylvania senate race to close to call.

McCormick sues to challenge provisional ballots in Philadelphia McCormick declared victory after the AP projected Thursday that he beat incumbent Sen. Bob Casey in the key race. Decision Desk HQ, The Hill’s election data partner, has not yet called the race.

@nursefrombirth Here’s the thing I learned today, why Democrats are hopeful about these ballots/Senate race. The bulk of provisionals are people who requested ballots and either didn’t receive them, or did not return them and showed up at the polls. 146 of those types of ballots, in our very rural, conservative county, were approved today. Dems say 10’s of thousands are across the state. That’s within the margin for Casey to win. They are important.
