Hi,
A. I'm acclimated to it; Denver and Boulder 1973-1979 ("mile high city");
Vail 1979-1991 (higher by 100m);

Then New Hampshire and Switzerland
(1994-1997 / 1997-2010)

Back to Vail, Durango and here (Durango is lower; 1,800(?)m)...

It takes a long while to acclimate fully; our climate is normally dry (been a good, wet summer), and I'm not a "city boy" so it works well.

Just home from a 13mi ride (>20km)... to a bridge over the Rio Grande.
