Enhance your emotional intelligence by labeling your feelings throughout the day. Acknowledge them (calm, frustrated, etc.) without judgment. Emotions provide valuable data; anger might signal injustice, sadness could indicate loss, and anxiety could highlight potential threats. By simply naming them, you can lessen their negative impact and promote emotional well-being.
