Measles is back in 2 states — what to know before the next outbreak

NOT from people crossing the boarder (IL and WI, really)🤔 it's from people NOT getting the vaccine. The IL case was someone who traveled abroad (unvaccinated) and I'm still waiting for vaccination status of the other.
