Right now the craft brewing crowd seems to be a bunch of hop heads. I was excited to discover a locally brewed Pilsner a while back, got it home, and discovered (according to the label I hadn't read carefully at the store) that the brewers had asked themselves, what if we take a traditional Pilsner and hop the hell out of it?
(I'll save you the suspense: it tastes bad. That's what happens.)
