@R3dH00d Cruising the Cut on Amazon if you don't mind something slow. Can't guarantee it's 30 minutes but I think it is. It's easy to pause and resume though. After the first episode or two I turned it into an OSINT challenge to figure out where he is, but that's possibly not easy on a treadmill.
