@nickywoolf you can set up columns to search by hashtag. i just keep 4 standard columns but you can add others by hashtag. the user guide can help you set these up. (see 3rd pinned post on my profile for the link).
searching accounts you do that in the search bar. but you need to know their handle.
honestly, just get to know peeps. we're not big on following/being followed. there's no algorithms here so you get equal time to someone who has loads of followers. you curate your own feed😊
