I really liked how female-positive this game was; not merely having female MCs, it also showed how the "old boy" bunch buggered it all up, with the ending having the (more competent & less corrupt) women ascending into the positions of power: not only is Jesse the Director, Emily is promoted to Darling's position.
I don't see this as a bad thing, or a negative message in any way.
