"In my younger and more vulnerable years my father gave me some advice that I've been turning over in my mind ever since. Whenever you feel like criticizing anyone, he told me, just remember that all the people in this world haven't had the advantages that you've had."
(F.S. Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby)
@netspionage I’m taking this sage advice and moving it on.

Humans are broken in a myriad of ways. Each of us is damaged, only the severity varies. Judgement impairs our ability to see our own shortcomings. When judgement is used repeatedly, without conscious reflection, it becomes a crutch that actually weakens our ability to see truth and act justly. Too often this loss of perspective is degenerative and the consequence is the loss of our humanity.
Forgive and do not judge, lest you become the monster you fear.
