@witchestruthpost And you know that money is not being used for the benefit of the inmates. Administration payroll is the biggest cost.

@Greytdog That is disgusting. I hope the family is permanently prohibited from adopting a dog, cat, or any other animal for this.
One of the things I like is sleeping under layers of bedding in the winter. sheets first, plush fiber blanket second, quilted bedspread third, down comforter in a duvet fourth, and a seasonal throw fifth as the dogs like getting up on the bed. Definitely means I turn the heat fown low for overnight. Cool room, warm bed.
