@jackdetate Sorry for the late reply. While I'm tempted to agree with you, I wonder if it doesn't go counter to "innocent until proven guilty."
@morgansher I think it is in the same category as someone being held without bail before their trial, for assault with a hammer or kidnapping. If they are a threat to the community and or a flight risk, they can be held without bail.
@morgansher If people are plotting assassinations, they should be held in confinement until their trial is concluded. No bail, they stay locked up throughout their appeal process.
