Metatron is such a fuckin' drama queen.

My favorite part of this show is how the sound is very much all over the place. Dead silence. Whispering. LOUD BANGS AND SCREECHES. More whispering.

I think what I like most about Mike White is his ability to write characters that are deeply unlikeable yet amazingly intriguing. They're all irrational and uncomfortable yet I always want to see more.

Very surreal to see David Brittlesby act assertive on The Joe Schmo Show. What a weird-ass concept that I cannot believe I didn't see when it was first run. It's right up my very narrow alley.

A promising start comes to a dire ending, bloated and unearned. Good Omens deserved better than this.

"Oi. Fuckin' hell, Agnes Nutter. I gotta deal with more of your bullshit? I was ready to NOT for a while."

No fan of cutting dense books to theatrical run time.. but with this shouty, bloated approach.. it would be merciful.

Good Omens is such a delight to read; it's fun and funny and weird and quirky and this miniseries has ZERO PERCENT of that heart. There's no joy in watching.

Fuck. There's a lot of *story* in this book, will you get to some of it?
