Found these little guys in a bush my boss wanted me to cut down. Told him about them, and he said he didn't care, and to cut it down anyway. Stalled a bit, told a couple people in the building, who also discovered the nest. After him getting called a "bird killer numerous times, he told me to wait until they left the nest.

Nothing like sowing a little dissent. ;)
