if one is painting a wall a dark purple, does one want to use a dark tinted primer?
apparently kiddo thinks the upstairs back hall needs to be a very dark purple, with the doors & trim white

if you want dark colors
inside your house
bump up the gloss factor
and make it shinier than usual
and only where lots of light
or it will be dark and gloomy
artificial light doesn't really
put out enough lumens
to illuminate dark colors
i painted the outside of my house
with darker bolder colors
sunlight is intense enough
to show off the colors
the inside i used
lighter but intense bolder colors
for the walls only
with greyish blue trim and
sand colored ceilings
