if one is painting a wall a dark purple, does one want to use a dark tinted primer?
apparently kiddo thinks the upstairs back hall needs to be a very dark purple, with the doors & trim white

i got a good quality paint
that includes the primer
to paint bold house colors
no point in doing it twice
i painted over a number of different materials
good quality paint + primer
and i painted it with a brush
so i went on nice and thick
also it was latex paint
so it is a surface layer
doesn't really soak in
@millard_jmm the house is pushing 210. interior walls are hair plaster. they're different than painting dryway
