@mikeharmanos oh I know. Red county gets away with corrupt things because the comfortable GOP majority doesn’t question authority and blindly assumes that GOP officials are working in good faith all the time, so there’s no such thing as accountability. It’s a bonkers mentality.
@peeppeepcircus and although I don’t live in Costa Mesa any more, I do notice that Democrats do a lot better there than they used to.
But it took a crisis and a young man to die to get to that point.
